Cancellation & Refund Policy

LEVON CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Refund Policy:

• Eligibility: Refunds are considered if services are canceled within 15 days of the purchase date or under specific circumstances outlined in the service agreement.
• Request Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction, within 15 days of service delivery.
• Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed, and approvals will be granted based on the terms of the service agreement and the nature of the request.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 6-7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients wishing to cancel services must notify Levon Consulting in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled service date to avoid penalties.
• Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations: Levon Consulting reserves the right to cancel services with 5 days’ notice, with a full refund issued if rescheduling is not feasible.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the service date may incur a cancellation fee, as specified in the service agreement.
• Rescheduling: Clients can request to reschedule services within 2-3 days of cancellation, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

3. Exceptions:

• Special Circumstances: Refunds or cancellations outside standard terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events.
